Bigpari reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances: violation of terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, registration by a minor, or provision of false information. For suspended accounts, the balance is held in reserve and returned if the user is cleared following an investigation. However, balances in accounts closed due to terms violations may be forfeited. Permanently closed accounts may not be reopened, and the same individual may not register a new account. To voluntarily close your account, please contact the support team and withdraw any outstanding balance beforehand.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform will first be addressed through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts in Bangladesh, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Bangladeshi legal system. bigpari is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly, as user satisfaction is our top priority.
